RC 390 won’t start

I have a 15 390 cup bike that after losing coolant won’t start.
The coolant bottle broke at the nipple and pissed coolant all over me, I noticed and pulled off the track but the bike died coming into the pits. I think it shut off because of temperature, it was 2 bars below hot.

I have a check engine light on now but can’t seem to find anyway to see what it is about.
Bike will turn over and started once for about 2 second but that is it.

Maybe an electrical problem caused by the liquid? I think I'd be looking for wet wires/plugs to dry. Maybe spark plug is shorting. Two bars below hot should not cause a shutdown.
