Last weekend, I was finally able to get out on the track to test the Rapid Bike system. First impressions... it smoothed out the lean issue and the low RPM idle... it also gave me some awesome adjustable quick shifting... My launches rock now and I go through the gears great. I don't think it is...
Okay... so the front of the race tail mounts to the tank bolts... I think... and the rear has mount points... but the thing came with no instructions or hardware... anybody have ideas on what they used?
I just got the bike back from Barry at GP Suspension / KFG Racing... link below.... and the bike felt wonderful. I dropped two teeth in the rear sprocket going to a 43 from the 45... I may end up going back up a tooth but not sure.
We shipped the rear shock to Penske and they used it to build...

Stupid idiot sent the bike to get suspension goodies installed and I forgot to count teeth so I could order new sprockets. I'm the stupid idiot and hope somebody could count teeth... Anybody?
I just finished three days at the track. The temperature was high 70s to low 80s. The track was PIR in Portland, Oregon. PIR was setup to go 9 turns and is a bit over 2 miles.

This was a practice day. They were running three sessions; New Racer School, Medium, and Fast Experts...
Anybody done it yet? Wanted to see how the cup bikes were setup versus the non cup in terms of bolts. The drain plug is a bit hollow, and easy to ruin when drilling for safety wiring. Wondered if cup bike was same.
Got my bike Thursday and I'm hoping to have her race ready by Friday morning of this week. Fingers crossed. Waiting on a few parts, but have her close. If anybody has a side stand kill switch idea, let me know ASAP. Portland, Oregon. Moving up from racing the ninja 250. Thanks.
