ECU Swapping

A friend has his RC390's ECU remapped by his tunner, if i take his ECU and connect to my RC, will it work?

Yes just fine. His VIN and mileage is stored in his ecu though.

Hi Chad, If the original VIN is stored in the ECU, will the bike key still work after swapping the ECU since there is a key code associated to each RC390's key?

Yes it doesn't know or care. Just the build info is in ecu from orig bike.
