As much as I would like a personalized plate, I refuse to pay the corrupt state of Maryland a yearly fee of $25 above the excessive fee for the plates themselves. Now if it were a one time deal . . . . .

Besides the MVA refused to issue me a plate for my S model Norton Commando years ago.
