ktm rc390 cup bike warranty question

hi all,
this might seem like a stupid but....for all the cup bike owners that bought new from the showroom floor...is the manufacturer's warranty somehow different because the bike is technically not a street legal vehicle? is it the same, less or more mileage/years or is it just nonexistent? asking because i recently got rid of my rc390 and now i desperately miss racing it. i'm considering buying a cup bike so that i can race it for a few years while being covered for mechanical issues. any help is appreciated.
thanks!

A cup bike is a 30 day warranty because it is considered a race product and not a street legal motorcycle. Some dealers may be able to work a little harder on your behalf others may not.

Racing doesn't come with any warranty...that's like gambling with another persons money. lol
