MNNTHBX Fender Eliminator

My wife bought me a fender eliminator and I went to install it before. It looks like there are 4 nickel sized plates tack welded over what I assume to be the bolts for the OEM fender. Short of drilling these out, any other suggestions?

I will worry about wiring next....

pull the seat, pull the rear seat. remove the 4 obvious nuts. disconnect electrical. remove factory stuff.

install new stuff

put seats back on
