So if you had $750.00-$1000.00 bucks to throw at the RC 390 in performance upgrades what would you do to it?

I'mma be doing a sprocket and chain almost immediately after I get it. Should cost maybe $100-200, will shed weight and since I'm going a few teeth down in the back, it'll give some more top-end in exchange for a bit of torque.

[1]Tuner: Power Commander 5 with auto tune, ignition control, quick shifter, and dual band.
[2] Exhaust: Header +Dual exhaust from Tyga (High Mount) +Evotech Rear pillion Cover [removing rear seat+Foot Pegs+Exhaust and Hqanger-(COMP WEREKES is my close #2 Exhast)
[3]Cooling: Spahl Fan PCR <OR CL0SE>Alum Rad and better bar cap+Evotech Rad Guard+M3.0
[4] Pipercross Air Filter+MOD Box[or BMC/DNA/Coober]
[5] Competition 300V 15W50 oil + filers +screens+Gqskets
[6] T-Rex lowering kit
[7] Galfer wave rotors+Pads
[8] NGK Iridium Plug+Tensioner Pully
[9] Hot Bodies Rear Sets and Race Body [DBL BUBBLE RACE SHIELD WITHOUT CUTOUT <((WHAT IM LOOKING 4 NOW))>]

I'm new to this road racing stuff, been racing in the woods for years, so take my advise with a grain of salt.
Suspension is the #1 thing (imo) that can make a huge difference. I would spend my money on that first and foremost. I've raced many guys that have had better motors and better skill then me and I continue to beat them. Why, because my suspension was better.
The I would improve air flow, exhaust, air filter box and air filter.

It's the exact opposite losing or lower teeth gives you torque and adding teeth gives you top end. Js

What he said was "give some more top-end IN EXCHANGE FOR a bit of torque." so trading one for the other. It may not have been the most clear way to say it, but what he said was correct.
