New 2015 RC 390 owner. Bought the bike from a buddy I grew up with. He bought it brand new in WA state. Clocked only 970 miles on the bike before selling it to me with all his gear, got it for a great price so I couldn't pass it up. First endeavor in a real bike, should be fun.
I'm 34, big into classic cars own a 67 Chevelle and a 79 mgb. Love working on my own vehicles. The Chevelle was a complete resto. Near ft Knox area bout 30 minutes from Louisville ky. Bike is bone stock at this point. It did have its first service at 600 miles, and another oil change at around 800mi somewhere in feb 2016.
I'll be changing the oil over to some motul 7100 15w50 if I can find it (did they stop selling it, cant find it anywhere?). and also some engine ice and a SPAL fan after hearing the horror stories about the cooling/fan issues.
Tail tidy and a PCV will hopefully follow shortly.
Look forward to reading up on the bikes some more and browsing the forums. Seems to be quiet a bit of knowledge here.
