Good looking shock! Is it new or rebuilt?
The rebound setting has 25 clicks total. Minimum setting is 25 clicks out, standard setting is 9 clicks out, max is 1 click out. Turn counterclockwise to increase. I weigh 190 without gear. I set the rebound at midway, 12 clicks out, and it seems about right to me.

No recommendation on initial settings but just wanted to say a couple clicks does make a noticable difference. Unlike some shocks I have had. So there should be plenty of adjustment if the spring is in the ball park.
