Stock triple clamp top after wash

I've just noticed for the second time after a wash in my regular washing hall (pressure wash, yeah yeah I know it's not the best for the bike) that the top part of the triple clamp gets seriously discolored when it dries up. I thought this was because I probably didn't `rinse the chemicals off properly, but today I absolutely did (with pressure washer, only water), but it still happens...

Now the thing is, as soon as water touches it (example: Spit on finger), the marks dissapear completely. They do not go away when I rub my finger on it without some sort of water...

This only happens on the triple clamp top. Rest of the metal parts on the bike are fine after a wash. It seems fairly harmless, so I won't pay it much mind, I was just wondering if anyone knows what causes this. Obviously the wash, but why does only the triple clamp get this?

Or could it just be higher powers hinting to me to get the damn Driven triple clamp top already?
