Cliff notes are that titanium valves don't perform well on the exhaust side for motors that run hot. Titanium can be used on the intake side, but unless an alcohol based fuel is used, engines that run hot should stick with steel.
Given that our motors (and thumpers in general) are known to run hot, I would suggest to put your dreams of a super light set of valves to rest.
Instead you should be dreaming of an e85 tune that makes gobs of torque thanks to this cheap 110 octane fuel.
Oh and also a big bore kit... Chad, wtf with the big bore teaser and going silent?
