Uggly spot. Dis I miss something?

Hello everyone.
our bike has a fine design, but there is a spot that I do not understand. It is like is a fairing or cover was missing ... and I find it uggly.
I'm surprises that I've not seen any accessory to cover this part. It is located in the fron low side of fuel tank cover.


Did I miss something?

I agree too.... When I first got my new RC home, I thought the same thing. I actually looked it up online, figuring KTM/dealer forgot something? That's just the nature of the beast.... I don't even notice it anymore-
