Oh sorry, misread your original question. I thought you had the WBC2 with the PCV. Sorry, I don't have anything I can give you for a stock setup. Reach out to Chad (cjwell) and see if he will be willing to sell you a tune. Another possibility is to ask HardRacing for a base tune.

ktmperformance.com (Commonwealth Motorcycles) is the premier KTM guru shop in North America, they know these bikes inside and out. If you can get a tune from Chad, you will have the best tune for your current setup, as well as a solid platform to build on once you start doing more to the bike.
Just copy over the AFR values. Using the actual fuel trim cells will make you bike run dangerously lean, and likely blow the motor. Those fuel trims were meant for an injector that is way bigger than the factory one.

Just remember to set the max adjustment values to + and - 2 or 3 and you'll be good to go. After about 100 miles of mixed highway and local roads, connect your laptop back to the power commander and "accept all trims". After this, I would suggest doing the air filter lid mod, then repeat the 100 mile tuning process.

Catch up on some videos on how the auto tune works with power commander when you get a chance. Don't worry about bike specific tutorial videos, the power commander software is is designed to be very intuitive and generic across all platforms. Once you get more comfortable with the software, you can graduate to the C3 tuning tools within the DynoJet Power Core software suite. With C3, you can access a lot more of the functions built into the WBC2 and the PCV
I just recently bought a pcv from hard racing and I am looking for a map to try. The only thing I have done to the bike is removed the baffle. The bike is a 2017 RC390. If I used ur map do you think it would give me good results? If at all possible can I get a copy of your map if you think it would work for my application. Or if I put in your target afr and let auto tune do the rest. I am new at all this and trying to figure out what I need to do. Any and all advice would be helpful

Thanks
Bob

I’d like the gas cap. I’m in Orchard Park, ny 14127. Just let me know the total and preferred way to pay.
Thanks,
Darren
Do you have pics of the gas cap and air filter you could send me please.
Do you take Venmo for payment?
Thanks
mine is still under warranty, so I had the service done by the dealer.

Now, that said, I have adjusted lots of valves on cars. I have never had to change a valve to obtain proper clearances. I suspect the measurements might be off, or the math? No disrespect, it happens to everyone :) I know its a pain to check it again, but I'd do that. If its done well, and its still too tight, maybe post up on the engine part? Or over at the Duke390 forum?
Hi, I’m having the same issue as you described with your RC390. I was running a bit tight on the left exhaust valve so I changed the shim for a thinner one but the clearance lowered. The new shim doesn’t have a taper on the edge but the old does. Did you have to change the valves? Did it help? I’ll be glad if you could tell me how you resolved the issue.
Yea, its nice. Quality kit, good connectors etc. I have played with the software, and it works well. Its a bit odd in a few places, as I am use to other tuning software, but that could just be me.

My 2 concerns are that it clearly states that rev limits can be raised, but it can't. Its on the It, Can, US websites as being able to raise the rev limit. It can't be done with the current software.

The other concern is that the updates to software are not that frequent, so if there is a problem it may be a while till it gets addressed. Also, communication with the dealers are really poor. Seems like they don't care about the customer once bought.

Other than those two things, its excellent. Really works well, and the software is live. Map flashing is very fast. Bike is totally different than stock especially at low rpm. Has more torque, more power and is smoother. Getting better fuel economy too.
I saw you have installed a rapidbike. I just put one on my 17 RC. How do you like it? Have you gone into the software and messed with it at all?
Thanks
