I'm a bit worried of what the future holds in relation to my RC. I am loosing faith after reading about, head gasket, clutch and a few other common place issues happening. Are there many "high" mileage owners out there who have had zero issues??

1300 miles and still smiling every ride people are blown away that I can be so fast on a sub 400cc bike! More people ask about the RC then any of my buddies $$$ high dollar bikes. Very happy!!

Still more to go.... trim fan shroud... install hose kit flush and fill engine Ice and wave rotor and EBC pads...yet to be installed but looking good for now!

I added a Ohlins sticker now it's official....

Found a nice tag holder ..... had to modify so I could use with Yosh pipes I added a few painted brackets ...not bad find for $35. Yes I could of installed non oem lights but I did not want to chop wiring. Happy with the results.

No joy mine were tight had to cut down a socket and once I got that going the spacers came out. I appreciate the reply.

Not that it's mentioned but you need to remove the castellated spacer and mount that in each side of rearsets mount. I made a tool from extra socket . working finishing up the job life and work have slowed down progress.

eBay certainly not a brand so to correct my omission here are the rearsets in question, they are the same units that have been talked about on a long thread here.as far as bolt use there are no threads in the new rearsets but there is a large mount of clearance as if youcouod use a spacer.

Well I started to try to figure out how to install cheep Chinese rearsets.... Really wish they came with instructions but so far I'm using pictures from other forum members.. you tube videos form other manufacturers and a parts diagram from a similar style set. My question is... the stock...

I cleaned tubing plugged TB and remove the can and valve...taped the plug for idiot light and zip tied it out of the way!

Installing Yosh exhaust and could use some help. I wish to do away with canister and emission tubes and disconnect FI plug. Looking at my current pictures what can I eliminate and disconnect. Thx

The day after buying my RC for 5400 ...what was the lowest price I could get after calling 8-9 dealers ... a dealer calls back with a 4848.67 price in Bay Area. What a kick in the gut.....

Little peeved I purchased my Rc390 for 5400.... next day dealer in Bay Area comes back with a 4848 price ... that's OTD price 2016!!

Nice background pic!! 1290 is such an amazing bike!! Just finished my mount, My fluid line placement would not allow me to mount it to the frame. Happy how it came out.
