2023 RC390 Spring Rate Help

2023 RC390 owner, 225lbs without gear, having trouble finding definitive guidance and solutions for Springs.
Searched here and Reddit, can't find anything actionable.
Racetech website doesnt list the bike, but I see some people run their springs, but they are off menu items it seems.
Teknik has a calculator, but only for front springs.

Any guidance on what I might need and where I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

These all offer complete shocks or cartridge kits, I'm just looking to replace my springs to get a correct rate for my weight.
