Fork spring and oil change.

I decided to do the front of the RC390 and not upgrade to cartridges at this time. I am 208 lb stripped...228 with leathers. Would would recommend the 7 to 7.5 wt fork oil still along with .95kg springs for a track day/ street rider?

Im running with 7w at the moment. havent change the springs yet..Even with stock spring, with 7w is at least better.

I'd start with 10 wt. how much front rider sag do you have with the stock springs?
