Yes, running tyga rearsets, and I have the same finding neutral problem that you do,but it's due to play in the length of the shift shaft. (too short). Ordered a replacement but it was actually too long(go figure), and will need to be machined to get it to the correct length.

Have you tried woodcraft?

I've not on this particular bike, but yes i've used them before. Very nice rearsets. The issue is not the rearsets though, it's the actual shaft that runs through the cases to select the gears. It's a cheap part from KTM, so I just may order another one instead of trying to machine to fit.

Have you tried woodcraft?
