Radiator Fan Problem

Spal fan is cheaper than ktm fan! Spal is around 60 dlls, original fan is 96dlls at my dealer in san diego ca.

Yes, that's true. I got a SPAL fan from e-bay, and took to dealer to change.

Fan runs pretty well without any problem and it's quiet and efficient. It's far better than OEM fan.

But my engine gasket was still broken.

Dealer said the cause was the failed OEM fan which caused my bike overheating for times and finally caused engine gasket failure.

I'm not sure if it is true. After all, the gasket failure happened 6 months after I changed to SPAL fan.

I'm still riding it, and hope the gasket won't fail again!!!
