Every time this subject comes up I go to the garage and check mine. after 15 months, nothing yet.

I did the same and found mine loose the first time.

I finally checked mine last Saturday and my rear bolt was completely loose (the exhaust was the only thing holding it in), but the front bolt was tight. I'm glad I finally checked it.
