So ive searched on this airbox lid mod and i have basicaaly found one thread. What i havent found is how to do it or before and after pics. Are people just removing the snorkel only or also drilling holes?
Remove the air filter lid, 2 8mm bolts, like you're replacing air filter. Flip lid over remove 4 #1 Phillips screws, take a razor knife gently score adhesive on top side, pull the lid off the filter retaining piece, re-install filter retainer and 2 8mm bolts.
