Hello all,
I decided to replace the green stuff with the factory suggested Motorex M3.0, I figured I may as well sleeve my radiator tubes while the bike is apart.
I just finished putting heat sleeve on my radiator hoses, and I think I may have made a kink in the upper radiator hose during the...
I'm putting the left side panel back on, and I can't remember where the radiator overflow hose goes. As you can see in the photo, I have it fed through the proper hole, but I just don't know where to feed it after that so it doesn't get burned. Do I pull it through further? Then where does it...
Hello all, On the left side fairing the carbon filter is attached with a rubber clip. I have looked everywhere I can online and can not find how to route the drain hose with the plug and metal clip on the bottom of it. Currently I have it going down the fairing through the metal holder that the...
Seems lately that I have excessive pressure in the tank when I stop to fill up with gas. I've checked the vent hose and overflow hose all are clear and not kinked. I did notice that within the cap itself their seems to be vent or something. You can see a half moon rubber seal with a hole in it...
Ok, so dropped a valve ordered a new engine, and got it in. Problem is the shop I had taken it to initially never re connected almost anything so I've had to figure it out on my own after I changed the motor.
I have two coolant lines coming from the front overflow bottle. One is a drain/vent...
I'm an idiot. So with that said up front, can someone tell me where the hose in the pic should go? This is the hose on the left side of the bike, coming out of the coolant reservoir, connected to a Y splitter. 1 hose out of the Y splitter goes to the catch bottle, I know that. Where does the...
Hey there. I went back about a years worth of posts and didn't see anything related to this, so I figured I'd start a new thread.
First off, I'm a dumbass. Now that that's out of the way...
I went to drain/flush my coolant to put in engine ice. I didn't realize until after the fact that there...
I noticed after my last ride that I had a couple of drops of oil on the clamp that holds the breather hose on the air box that comes from the valve cover. The hose attaches to what appears to be a small box attached next to and part of air box. Any ideas on a fix? This is the only area that...

I have the driven rearsets. I just took the peg off to adjust the brake side, and noticed the hose from the resivour to the cylinder was worn. There's a small U shaped plastic piece on the swingarm that was rubbing it. Watch out. Here's mine after zip tying the hose away from it
Wondering what this hose is on the left side of the bike just under the fairing. It looks like is came loose and has been touching the exhaust and now looks all melted. I've attached some pics, anyone know what it is?
