Has anyone ever been able to talk to anyone in customer support? I've had no luck via email or telephone. All messages I left were non-combative and friendly. Seems as if they don't exist.

I spoke with Customer Support on the phone once. Found out my dealer was giving me incorrect information.

Ive bitched plenty publicly about what went on, mostly here and 'everyones pretty much beat with hearing it. I have posted on the KTM website with no results. I just want it back so I can thrash the piss outta it before my factory warranty runs out.

KTM North America (855-215-6360) has always been friendly on the phone and returned messages quickly. The benefits of calling have been hit and miss but, they've always been nice. Email sent to KTM just goes into a black hole in my experience.

They've been really hard to get on the phone lately but they do call back if you leave a voicemail. Jim's a turd but the other guy's very empathetic.
