I'm toying with the idea of dipping or wrapping mine to bringing some hi-viz yellow into the colour scheme.

I'm thinking to do this on mine but I have 2 questions :

How to find the exact Orange, in order to be like the frame and wheels?

I imagine painting a complete part should be no surprise, but how to deal with painting for example one part the the fairing in a color and the other one in an other color. How will be the separation line between the 2 colors? Can we use a basic masking adhesive like any other painting?

No. You can't mask and paint two sections like you would with paint. It's a different process. Search YouTube for a channel called "Dip Your Car". They have all the information you'll need.
