This is the wrong sub forum for your question. Attacking people with insults and profanity who ask for clarification to your poorly worded inquiry likely will not get you the help you are requesting. Open your mind a little and realize 99% of the world's population aren't mind readers. Not every English speaking people use the same slang and context. Take a breath , relax a bit, remember this is an international forum. Have patience with the language barriers we face at times.

Oh, and by the way, your question was answered on your original post.

Full Carbon RC390 (almost)

Continued with my build. Gone full carbon with 2016 cup graphics. Just waiting on the belly which is on back order from formula 390. Stuff looks amazing, fits the same as the stock pieces. Had my trusted body shop fab a light cutout into the tyga upper cowling. Turned out amazing. The bike gets more attentionRC390-1e.jpgRC390-2e.jpgRC390-3e.jpg
than all my buddies' 600s.

Took it to my local body shop, the owner has done many cool little projects for me over the years so if anyone wants to do this make sure you trust your own skills or whoever you might have do it. Initially i took just the windscreen and the housing underneath it to give him a reference for the cutout, however we ended up with the whole bike there to make sure he knew how everything fit together. The cutout was pretty easy to do he said. He cut small then shaved away until we were happy with it. We had to modify the black housing underneath by cutting off the extensions that run back towards the bars and attach to the side panels. The windscreen has to have the holes drilled into it and bends quite a bit to fit in, but i think its designed to do that. Other than that all i did was get some black weather stripping to go around the cutout which made a world of difference and covered any little imperfections in the cutout, and put that around the top of the windscreen as well. All the carbon pieces now have four coats of liquid glass on them as well which make it look awesome, clean easy and projects everything really well. I plan to add more coats when i have a free sunny afternoon. I am assuming the same process will work with the fibreglass version, but cant beat that carbon look!
Just patiently waiting for the carbon belly now!
