    Keyless Tank Cap

OK folks... at long last and much begging on my part with the Tyga Factory, we finally have a Keyless tank cap for the RC (and Duke) 390's! I expect this will mostly just appeal to racers, but it'll work on the street as well. You can find it here:Formula390 - Parts Cost is ~$56 and I have 6...

    2018 390 Duke Airbox Mod

We are finally getting time to play with the new generation dukes. This is with our test mule 2018 390 duke that is completely stock except for an airbox and a Rapid Bike Evo. Its still getting tuned but right now we are liking what we see! Expect to see some serious additions to our website...

Penske 03 R6 shock, looking for advice Checking to see if this R6 shock (removed from an 03) will work for the shock conversion. It's sprung correctly for my 130lb girlfriend but I'm assuming it will need a rebuild. Any suggestion for what a reasonable offer should be. Am I correctly assuming...

    Intake testing 2-12-18

We got to play on the dyno and test various intake lengths. It seems there is plenty to gain for the bikes that run at high RPM! https://ibb.co/e211O7

    Compression test psi

Has anyone carried out a compression test on a 390. I was wondering what a good psi reading is. Did mine yesterday with the decompressor disabled and got 200 psi, but don't know is that's good or bad.

Lower shock mount width clearance tolerances / fscking Bajaja rant!!!

So, we've been working on the suspension for a customers bike here today. We are fitting up a JRi shock as well as some machine work on the lathe for R6 shock and fork suspensions orders for two other customers. Part of that was fabricating up some bushing spacers for the lower shock mount for...

. After weeks of rain, and rain and more rain... we finally got some good weather and were able to complete our Brake Testing. So prior to doing any brake upgrades, we went out and tested the STOCK brakes. Tire pressures were all checked, brakes were seated w/ plenty of pad material...

    One more from India

Hello Everyone, My name is Ram and I'm from India. Was associated with 4 strokes since schooling and was bitten by a 2 Stroke Bug which made me to sell the older 4 stroke. Own 2 small capacity 2 strokes with piped and ported that can really shine in-midst of new age 4 strokes sub 250cc...

Vortex rear sprocket - smokin one time price.... !!!

So we have a Vortex sprocket we installed on our RC390 Project bike for display and test fit only. The bike wasn't even moved with the sprocket installed. So it's basically.... BRAND NEW...... only way you would know it's installed, is we are telling you. ;-) But, we don't roll like that. So...

New owner in NW burbs of Chicago

Hey everyone, I just wanted to pop in and introduce myself a little bit. I'm Mike and I live and work in the NW suburbs of Chicago. The RC390 is my first "real bike " (I had a '78 Yamaha XS750, but barely rode it because of the shape it was in). I had originally gone to look at a Triumph...

GSG Skiders from via Wild Hair Accessories

Installed the GSG sliders. I ran this weekend while testing. Didn't even know they were there. Of course didn't crash test them either :-)

Tyga rear-sets or "steps" KTM powerparts rear sets

These really have a fair amount of up/down twisting flex when you transfer weight around on the bike. This normal? I will be testing these this coming weekend. Not that I want to test this part, but I'm questioning crash-ability of these. Anybody with KTM Powerparts rear-sets - any flex of...
