Just curious, what do you guys think the minimum mods are to get the RC390 track day ready? Obviously you can just roll it off the show room floor and run it, but is there anything that's so bad it needs to be fixed asap?

I just weighed my bike (full tank). After all the mods and performance add-ons it is 335 lbs.
