Had a little time to make a proto type piece here to verify fitment and check operation. I am using Frank's captive spacers in the front wheel. Please give me some feedback and or interest in it so I can get a price on having some CNC'ed. Works very well, just loosen pinch bolts and axle and...
Hey all, I'm helping a friend convert his brand new RC390 in to a race bike. As such there are lots of OEM parts with about 2 miles of use on them and that's it! They are located in Los Angeles but I am willing to work out shipping with you. We can try to find the cheapest option to get a given...
Hi folks.
Fitted my Driven Rearsets yesterday and in the process the plunger has popped out of the Master Cylinder. Initially I thought something was broken so I pulled the MC apart to have a look and now I have an MC with a leak and no exploded diagram to rebuild it.
There are no spare parts...
Hi guys, has anyone dabbled in the idea of a rear brake return spring? I have one from graves on my R6 and I love the feel compared to the RC. I have tyga rearsets btw, abs has been totally removed.

Ummming and arhhhing over what exhaust to get. Loving the under belly look but a bit worried about the noise levels on the Werkes USA. I would consider something like an Arrow X Kone but I've taken off the rear pegs and haven't seen one mounted without those pegs. Is it possible? May be doctor a...
Hi
Just carried out the Yamaha Yzf R6 rear shock upgrade on my Rc after reading about the
possibility of it fitting on this forum.
Well its a straight swap for the original and installed so easily.
I set the shock up to the standard R6 settings as a base to work from and to be honest I see no...
Could someone post part# of what they needed to get their RC off the ground? I assume I need a front and rear stand. Beyond that do I need to get an adapter kit to connect with the stand? Cycle gear or Ktm Powerparts?
Track bike only.. What do you guys think about Andreani Fork Cartridge Kit or the CUP WP front fork.
Which one would you get? I already got Ohlin KA303 rear shock
Pros/Cons
Thanks
It seems after sitting a little bit that my rear brake on my Street RC390 loses pressure. I have bled it a couple of times before trackdays or so when I noticed it lost pressure. All I have done to it was change to EBC pads and change the fluid in it. No air bubbles when I changed fluid or...
Finally finished my build.
Bought this brand new from dealer, never been on the street, just for a track bike. Everything on the bike was done by myself, even the suspension and painting the fairings..

Owners, ... double check the validity of the Torque Specs. of the RC390 owners manual.

And found some of incorrect information.
Our Manual shows :
