    I think I'm done for now.....hopefully

I thought I would never go there, trying to improve on a bike that is already a blast to ride. Mind you, I’m accustomed to riding liter bikes for most of my life. The following mods were done mostly by myself: Front brake pads EBS FA606HH Driven rear sets Ohlins rear shock KT303 Race Tech fork...

Tyga Rearsets - Check that rear brake lever adjuster & LOCTITE it!

This is just a public service announcement for folks who are running the Tyga rearsets... CHECK YOUR REAR BRAKE LEVER STOP ADJUSTER. I've just gotten my 3rd report from someone who's had the adjuster fall off, which then allows the brake lever to swing WAY too far up... So, look at the bottom...

KTM RC 390 Suspension Geometry Settings

Hi All, I have a KTM RC 390 with Andreani fork cartridge kit in the front and Ohlins KT-303 rear shock. The Ohlins rear shock has an adjustable ride height. Last Saturday, my friend, who races 300cc motorcycles, told me that my motorcycle steers very heavy. He mentioned raising the forks by...

Clutch play adjustments and lurching starts

I installed the KTM folding clutch lever today and noticed something weird. I had the bike up on the rear track stand and when I started it up with the clutch lever fully depressed the rear wheel would spin. I would tap the rear brake and after that the wheel wouldn't start spinning until I let...

    Bent Brake Lever

Hi everyone, first post. I searched for "Bent Brake Lever" and found this thread from last year. It seems like it's best to simply buy a new rear brake lever when it gets bent. I figured I'd write a new thread now to see if anyone else has had this experience and what the best fix is...

Ideal tire size combination. 110/150 vs 120/160. Wheel swap.

Hi guys, as I've posted before, I have an insane and unhealthy obsession of grafting a twin disc setup into any bike I own. To that avail I want to swap out the wheels of my RC with those of either an Aprilia RS250 or an older generation Ducati. I believe either combination will be lighter than...
